The NJIT Society of Women Engineers is a dynamic organization, dedicated to creating a bridge between students with industry professionals. Our focus is to honor SWE’s vision in advancing young women in their careers as engineers and leaders by expanding the image of the engineering profession and demonstrating the value of diversity in the work place.
